Invite your team and organize your properties and clients.
Everything in SwiftTrail lives inside an organization. An organization is your firm's workspace — it keeps your documents, clients and team members separate from any other SwiftTrail customer.
Inviting your team
From your organization settings, you can invite team members by email. Each member you invite gets access to your organization's documents and extraction history, scoped to the role you assign them.
Organizing clients and properties
Use SwiftTrail's client management to group documents by the client or property they belong to, so every extraction lands in the right place and is easy to find later.
Who can see what
Access is scoped to your organization. A member of one organization cannot see another organization's documents, clients, or extraction history.
