SwiftTrail started with a focus on property management: rent rolls and the other PDF documents property managers handle every day. That's deliberate — it's a deep, specific problem worth solving well before solving everything at once.

Where we're headed

SwiftTrail's extraction engine isn't built to understand "rent rolls" specifically — it's built to understand structured and semi-structured documents generally. That means the same underlying technology can be pointed at other document types and other industries as we grow, without starting from scratch each time.

We're actively evaluating which document types and industries to support next, based on what our customers are asking for. A note on accuracy

Whatever the document type, the same rule applies: automated extraction can occasionally miss or misread something. Always verify output against the source document before relying on it for a business decision.
