From your dashboard, choose a PDF document to upload. See Supported File Types for tips on getting the best results.
Processing
SwiftTrail extracts the requested fields automatically. Processing time depends on the size and complexity of the document; most documents finish in well under a minute.
Reviewing your results
Once processing finishes, download your Excel report. Review it against the source document before relying on it — automated extraction is fast and generally reliable, but it isn't infallible.
If something looks wrong
If an extraction looks clearly incorrect, contact [email protected] with the document and what looks off. This helps us fix it and improve accuracy going forward.
